Your Vacuum Forming Questions
Frequently asked questions with detailed answers. We value your time and have compiled the most important information here.
How quickly do you respond?
We reply within 15 minutes — via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form. It doesn't matter which channel you use or what time you write. If you need a fast answer, WhatsApp is the quickest.
What information should I prepare before contacting you?
The key parameters are: forming area (length × width of your largest part), draw depth, material thickness, and part type. Rough estimates are fine — we'll work from whatever you have and ask follow-up questions if needed.
Can you help me choose the right machine model?
Yes, absolutely. Share your part size and production requirements — we'll recommend the right model and explain which options matter for your application. No obligation, just a straight answer based on what you actually need.
What is the lead time for a complete machine?
Typically 1 to 3 months depending on the model and current production schedule. Some machines are available from stock for faster delivery. Contact us to check availability for the model you're interested in.
Do you provide after-sales technical support?
Yes. We support you through commissioning, first production runs, and any technical questions that come up during operation. Once the machine is delivered, you have direct access to the engineers who built it.
Can I order just the documentation without buying a machine?
Yes. The full package — CAD files, fabrication drawings, electrical schematic, PLC and HMI programs — is available for purchase separately. It's designed for manufacturers who prefer to build the machine in-house rather than buy a ready-made unit.
