Materials & Applications

ABS, HDPE, PC, PP, PET, PVC, PLA — vacuum forming works across the full range of common thermoplastics. Parts produced on our machines are used in automotive bodywork, medical packaging, agricultural equipment, industrial enclosures, and consumer products.

Thermoforming Machine Range

Our lineup of vacuum forming machines covers forming areas from 450 × 450 mm up to 3000 × 2000 mm. Every model uses the same engineering approach: steel frame construction, our own heating elements, and DELTA PLC control — no proprietary components that lock you into a supplier.

CAD Packages

The documentation package includes a complete 3D assembly in STEP and SolidWorks formats, part drawings, DXF files for laser cutting and bending, electrical schematics, vacuum schematics, and PLC software. Full details are listed in the model card.

8+ Years, 24 Countries

Since 2016, thermoforming machines built by us have been commissioned in 24 countries — from small workshops running two-shift production to industrial lines forming parts up to 3 meters long.

Built by Engineers, for Engineers

Everything below comes from machines we actually built, ran into problems with, and fixed.

Real Working Drawings
Every dimension, tolerance, and assembly sequence in our documentation comes from real machines that were physically built and put into production. No theoretical calculations — every drawing has been realized and verified.
Designed Around Standard Parts
No proprietary extrusions, no special-order components. The entire machine builds from steel profile, standard fasteners, and off-the-shelf electrical components available from local suppliers in most countries.
Our Own Heating Elements
Commercial IR heaters are the biggest cost driver in vacuum forming machines. We designed our own heating elements that cut that cost significantly — and include full manufacturing documentation for them in the package.
Technical Support on the Build
Have questions during the build? We answer all technical questions related to the drawings you purchased. Technical consulting is billed separately.
Bonus when purchasing the full drawing package
Purchase the full set of drawings and get our in-house thermoforming troubleshooting guide — nearly 300 of the most common forming defects, with diagnostics and step-by-step fixes for each.
Immediate Delivery
Payment confirmed — Google Drive link with the full archive goes out the same day. No waiting for order processing, no physical shipping.

Remote Vacuum Forming Services

For teams who need more than documentation — four specific situations where we get involved directly.

Process & Material Consulting
Choosing between HDPE and ABS for your part, figuring out why wall thickness drops unevenly, or designing a mold with the right draft angles — this is the kind of problem we solve in a consulting session. Typically, this is a technical chat on WhatsApp.
Thermoforming Machine Commissioning
Built the machine, everything looks right — but parts aren't forming correctly? We'll support you remotely until the first good part comes off your machine. We have extensive hands-on experience forming a wide range of plastic components.
Vacuum Forming Machine Modernization
Old vacuum forming equipment — manual controls, uneven heating, worn-out vacuum systems — can often be brought back to consistent performance without replacing the entire machine. We help identify exactly what needs to be replaced and where to start. Together we'll find the most cost-effective path forward for your operation.
Operator Training
Hands-on support for your vacuum forming team throughout the production process. We'll be there when you're setting up runs for new parts — always available and quick to respond. Available online.

Your Vacuum Forming Questions

Frequently asked questions with detailed answers. We value your time and have compiled the most important information here.

What CAD file formats do you provide?

All models are provided in STEP (.step / .stp) and SolidWorks (.sldasm) formats. Some vacuum forming machine models also include PDF drawings and DXF files for manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, bending, and machining.

How do I order a drawing?

Contact us via email or WhatsApp, and we will offer the best terms and a suitable payment method based on your needs. We accept payments via PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, bank transfer (SWIFT), and USDT.

Can I get a custom drawing?

At this time, we do not offer custom design services and provide only pre-developed models. However, we offer technical consulting on vacuum forming, production setup, and thermoforming machine restoration and upgrades.

What is the delivery time for drawings?

Access to the drawings is provided immediately after payment. You will receive a Google Drive link with the selected model archives.

Do the drawings include electrical schematics?

Yes, most models include electrical schematics. Each model lists the included documentation in the “drawings” section, including any additional files provided with the CAD data.

Which PLC do you use?

We use DELTA (Taiwan) controllers. They are widely available, reliable, and cost-effective. All control programs are developed and optimized for these controllers.
