USA & Canada Shipping Essentials

Everything you need to know before ordering — from lead times to freight terms.

Order Lead Time

Most vacuum forming machine orders ship within 1–3 months, depending on complexity and availability. In-stock machines can be dispatched faster; custom configurations may require additional production time from our partner manufacturers.

Certification

All equipment we supply is CE and CSA certified, meeting both European and North American safety and compliance standards — so your machine is ready for use in the USA and Canada without additional certification steps.

Shipping Ports

We ship vacuum forming machines from major international hubs, including the Port of Mersin (Turkey), Port of Shanghai (China), and Port of Gdańsk (Poland) — giving us flexible routing options to reach ports across the USA and Canada efficiently.

Freight & Incoterms

Equipment is shipped on FOB terms from our partner's port of origin. This gives you full control over freight forwarding and insurance, and the flexibility to work with your preferred logistics provider for the final leg to the USA or Canada.

Spare Parts & Consumables

Replacement parts and consumables are available both directly from us and through local suppliers in the USA and Canada — minimizing downtime and making long-term maintenance straightforward, wherever your facility is located.

Installation & Technical Support

Get your vacuum forming machine up and running with remote installation guidance and technical consultation, or arrange an on-site visit from a specialist for hands-on setup and training — whichever fits your operation best.

Machine FAQ

Common questions about vacuum forming machines, production capabilities, and ordering process — answered directly by our engineering team.

1. What payment methods do you accept for orders to the USA and Canada?

We accept bank wire transfer in USD. A 30–50% deposit confirms the order, with the balance due before shipment.

2. What is the HTS code, and who pays import duties?

The HTS code is 8477.10.0000 (injection, blow, or vacuum moulding machines). Import duties are the buyer's responsibility and are calculated at the destination port based on shipment value.

3. Is a warranty included with equipment shipped to the USA or Canada?

Yes. Every machine comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty, regardless of destination. Full terms are available on our Warranty Policy page.

4. Who handles customs clearance on import?

Equipment ships on FOB terms from the port of origin, so the buyer (or their freight forwarder/customs broker) arranges customs clearance and final delivery.

5. Can I get spare parts locally?

Yes. Replacement parts and consumables are available both directly from us and through local suppliers in the USA and Canada, minimizing downtime.

6. Do I need special certification to install the machine in the US or Canada?

No additional certification is required — equipment is CE and CSA certified, meeting both European and North American safety standards out of the box.
