Warranty policy

THERMOFORA provides a manufacturer's warranty on all vacuum forming and thermoforming equipment sold. This policy outlines the coverage, exclusions, and process for warranty claims.

1Warranty period

All THERMOFORA machines are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.

2What is covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only — faults arising from materials or workmanship that existed at the time of delivery. This includes components that fail under normal operating conditions due to a factory defect.

3What is not covered
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or operation outside the specified parameters
  • Normal wear and tear, or consumable parts (heating elements, seals, gaskets) subject to regular replacement
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use of non-approved parts
  • Damage resulting from transport, unless reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Issues arising from failure to follow the operation and maintenance guidelines provided with the machine
4How warranty claims are handled

Warranty support is provided through remote diagnostics. Upon receiving your claim, our technical team will assess the issue remotely (via photos, video, or a call) to confirm the defect and determine the required part.

If a defect is confirmed, replacement parts will be shipped to you at no cost. On-site technician visits are not included under standard warranty support; installation of replacement parts is the customer's responsibility, guided by documentation and remote support from our team.

5How to submit a warranty claim

To submit a claim, contact us at thermofora@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. Our team will respond within 1 business day to begin diagnostics.

6Limitation of liability

THERMOFORA's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost production time or revenue resulting from equipment downtime.
