At THERMOFORA, we manufacture vacuum forming and thermoforming equipment to order. Because each machine is built or configured specifically for the customer's requirements, our return policy differs from standard retail terms. Please read the conditions below carefully before placing an order.
If you wish to cancel your order before production has started, you may do so and receive a refund of your deposit, less a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative, engineering, and sourcing costs already incurred. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, as the equipment is built to your specific configuration and cannot be resold as standard inventory. This includes machines that are fully or partially manufactured.
Returns are not the appropriate process for equipment that arrives damaged, defective, or not matching the agreed specification. These cases are covered under our separate Warranty Policy, which outlines repair, replacement, and remediation procedures.
For standard spare parts or accessories purchased separately (not part of a custom machine build), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped in error or is defective.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. Bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs, if applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
